Press & Wear

Apply with a heat press at 300–315°F for 10–13 seconds. Peel cold. Re-press for 5 seconds. That's it — done.

Heat Press Instructions

Follow these steps every time for perfect adhesion and long-lasting, wash-resistant prints on any fabric.

✓

Pre-press garment: 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles before applying the transfer.

✓

Apply transfer: Place the transfer printed-side down on the garment surface.

✓

First press: 300–315°F · Firm pressure · 10–13 seconds. Do not press on seams or zippers.

✓

Cold peel: Wait for the carrier film to cool completely before peeling. Hot peeling lifts the print.

✓

Re-press: Cover with parchment paper and press again for 3–5 seconds for maximum adhesion.

DTF, is otherwise known as Direct To Film. This printing technique involves printing any design and color directly onto a film and then transferring it to any material such as cotton, polyester and linen with a simple 15 second heat press.

No Minimums! Whether you need 1 or 100,000 we can do it!

You can use the iron you have lying around your house or an industrial level heat press or anything in between. See our Heat Press Instructions section for full settings.

We have sizes from 2" × 2" up to 22" × 30 feet on gang sheets.

Our DTF transfers are rated for 100+ washes when applied correctly. Always turn the garment inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print.

Expedited orders ship within 24–48 hours. Orders placed before 12PM EST ship same day. Free local pickup is also available in Fuquay Varina, NC.

Vector art is always preferred. Raster art should be at least 300 DPI. Preferred file types: .AI, .PDF — Accepted file types: .JPG, .PNG
