If you order custom DTF transfers regularly, gang sheets are the single best way to reduce your per-print cost. Instead of ordering each design separately, a gang sheet packs multiple designs onto one large sheet.
What Is a Gang Sheet?
A gang sheet is a single large print file (typically 22" wide, any length) that contains multiple designs arranged side by side. Instead of printing one design per sheet, you fill the available space as efficiently as possible.
Why Use Gang Sheets?
- Cost savings: You pay per square inch of film, not per design. Packing 10 designs on one sheet costs far less than ordering each separately.
- No minimums: Order exactly the quantities you need for each design.
- Faster workflow: One order, one shipment, multiple designs ready to press.
How to Build a Gang Sheet
Step 1: Gather all your designs as PNG files with transparent backgrounds.
Step 2: Set up your canvas at 22" wide at 300 DPI minimum.
Step 3: Arrange designs close together with about 0.25" between each one.
Step 4: Export as high-resolution PNG and upload to our builder.
