4. Artwork & Design

You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to print any artwork, images, logos, or text you submit to us.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your artwork does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork that we believe infringes on intellectual property rights, contains illegal content, or violates our acceptable use standards.
We print your artwork as submitted. We are not responsible for errors in artwork that you have approved, including typos, incorrect colors, or low resolution.
By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

5. Production & Shipping

Turnaround and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
