Refund Policy

We stand behind every transfer we produce — here's how we handle issues.

Overview

At Raleigh Transfers, we take pride in the quality of every transfer we produce. Because all of our products are custom-printed to your specifications, our refund policy is designed to protect both you and us while ensuring you always receive a product you are happy with.

All Sales Are Final for Custom Printed Items

Due to the custom nature of DTF gang sheet printing, all sales are final once production has begun. We are unable to accept returns on printed transfers that have been produced to your specifications.

✓ When We Will Reprint or Refund

We will gladly offer a free reprint or a full refund in the following situations:

  • Print quality issues: Significant color deviation, blurry prints, bleeding, or other defects caused by our printing process.
  • Wrong item shipped: You received a different size, design, or quantity than what you ordered.
  • Damaged in transit: Your order arrived physically damaged due to shipping handling.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a reprint or refund.

What Is Not Covered

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer: Please double-check dimensions before placing your order. We print exactly what you order.
  • Artwork issues approved by the customer: If you approved a proof or submitted artwork with low resolution, incorrect colors, spelling errors, or other issues, we are not responsible for the result.
  • Change of mind: We cannot accept refunds or cancellations once production has begun.
  • Improper application: Damage or peeling resulting from incorrect heat press settings, temperatures, or wash care is not covered.

How to Request a Refund or Reprint

To initiate a claim, email us at raleightransfers@gmail.com or use our Order Support form within 7 days of delivery. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your claim and respond within 1 business day.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet begun. Because we process orders quickly — often same day — please contact us immediately at raleightransfers@gmail.com if you need to cancel. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before printing starts.
