We stand behind every transfer we produce — here's how we handle issues.

Because all of our products are custom-printed to your specifications, our refund policy is designed to protect both you and us while ensuring you always receive a product you are happy with.
Due to the custom nature of DTF gang sheet printing, all sales are final once production has begun. We are unable to accept returns on printed transfers that have been produced to your specifications.
We will gladly offer a free reprint or a full refund in the following situations:
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a reprint or refund.
To initiate a claim, email us at raleightransfers@gmail.com or use our Order Support form within 7 days of delivery. Include the following:
Our team will review your claim and respond within 1 business day.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet begun. Because we process orders quickly — often same day — please contact us immediately at raleightransfers@gmail.com if you need to cancel. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before printing starts.
